The unit has been painted inside and out. Appliances include oven range, dishwasher, microwave, stacked washer/dryer, and fridge. Fenced and gated large backyard. A park is located around the corner. Closely located to Cherrydale shopping center and downtown Greenville. Pets are not permitted.
