The whole family/group will enjoy easy access to everything from the centrally located place! Each room is equipped with a TV and blackout curtains to make your stay extremely comfortable! Futon in living room to accommodate up to 6! This is a second floor unit - 13 steps.

House Rules:

- No pets/animals. (There are severe allergy concerns.)
- No excessive noise from 10pm-8am
- No outside visitors or overnight guests without prior approval from your host.

The apartment was exactly as listed. Very clean, spacious, and quiet. It’s a quick walk to a lot of restaurants/coffee shops. The beach is a short drive, but definitely a walkable distance! Loved how private the space was, and how responsive our host was! Overall, I couldn’t say enough great things about it!
