Holiday Villas III condo association has approved repairs and updates to the building. Certain stacks of the condos will be having their balcony repaired. (Our stack is already finished and fully operational)

The pool is now renovated however due to ongoing building construction it is open weekdays after 4pm and all weekend.
The rest of the condo building, and access to the beautiful beach is fully operational.
