Situated in the heart of the resort, this tranquil retreat offers convenient central access to the on-site pool, fishing pond, Par-3 golf course, and beach boardwalk. The townhome's three-story floor plan has plenty of room for all your guests and the space comes fully decked out with modern decor, new furnishings, and high-end appliances.

A private bedroom and a full bathroom occupy the first floor. The second floor is dedicated to household living with features including an open layout, a gleaming full kitchen, comfortable sofa seating, and a large smart TV. The covered balcony is furnished for breezy outdoor leisure. Another bedroom and full bathroom can also be found on this floor. The primary suite, a guest room, and a children's bunk room are located on the third floor. The primary suite and bunk room each include access to a covered balcony. The guest room includes a desk for remote working convenience.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
