Find paradise at this Palmilla Beach Resort retreat! Set beside the emerald shores of the Texas Gulf Coast, this charming cottage boasts a beachfront location and access to a wealth of on-site amenities including two pools heated during our cooler season, a cabana bar, a restaurant, and an Arnold Palmer-designed 9-hole golf course with an additional 3-hole loop.

The bright, beautiful interior features lofty ceilings, strong natural lighting, and a suite of modern amenities furnished for complete home comfort. The gleaming open-concept kitchen is equipped with an impressive array of chef's grade appliances including a large gas range. The back deck offers scenic views of the golf course, while the front balcony makes a great spot for morning coffee. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.

Long weekend for my daughter’s birthday, 3 adults 2 teens and plenty of room in this house. The beds were comfortable and the location was great. Loved spending time out on the balconies! We would reserve this home again for sure!

Good views of golf course from inside, had a sitting area right outside the back door to watch golfers, loved that the main master was downstairs near both the back and front doors so we could see when kids left/came back, kitchen had everything you would need for a short weekend, beds were comfortable, loved that there was a code to get in and out and not a key to keep up with

Relaxing Stay

We had a couple of different fishing trips planned during our stay. The house was spacious and relaxing giving us just the right time to decompress after long days on the boat. The house was very clean and well organized. The A/C was cold despite the HOT and HUMID coastal weather.

Amazing resort property

The resort where this property is located is absolutely amazing. The property itself is also great, however, the listing is inaccurate—one of the king beds is actually a twin trundle bed. We did not have sheets for the trundle, so only one half of the bed could be used all weekend. Vacasa said they would deliver the sheets on day 2 of our stay (despite us letting them know the first night) but never did. This wasn’t exactly a minor issue since someone had to sleep on top of a quilt with a couch throw blanket, but I’m concerned about Vacasa’s ability to respond if there were an actual emergency. The home was otherwise really clean and well stocked and we had no other issues!
