This spacious, studio, 1 bathroom corner unit condo sleeps 4 with a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa. It features spectacular views from the large floor to ceiling windows in the living room and bedroom. These windows operate like sliding doors allowing a beautiful alpine breeze to flow through the unit in the warmer months. Ideally located near Keystone Lake so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and a short walk from the Keystone Conference Center. Guests of Decatur have access to the East Lake Clubhouse that features a pool, hot tub, and sauna

As you enter the unit, you will find the full size kitchen and a storage closet to your left for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a large flat screen HD TV, a wood-burning fireplace, and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Extra linens are in a closet. The incredible mountain views from the large windows with sliding doors will make you appreciate that you truly are among the Rocky Mountains.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. The dining area comfortably seats six. The full bathroom has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. It is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

Nice location, good service, could be cleaner

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The studio was adequate. Plenty of space, and nice furnishings. The ski locker was a nice feature for a longer stay though we didn’t need it. The bed was far too soft for us but some may like it. Only real negative was the bathroom was not clean; lots of hair on the floor, some in tub, and on counter. Some on floor kind of looked like dog hair though pets aren’t allowed so not sure. The rest of the place was clean and well kept. There is a bus stop right outside which makes accessing lifts easy.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Older, well-used property with a good location and fair price. Nicely appointed kitchen; bathroom was a little 'tired'; mattress was very soft and uncomfortable for our tastes.

VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance.
