condo building! Located off 30A in Santa Rosa Beach, this condo has all you need to enjoy an
amazing beach vacation! There is a large kitchen with quartz counters, and a huge center
island! You have a fully-equipped kitchen with all you need for light lunches or large meals!
Spacious living area with access to the balcony, large master suite with a king bed and gorgeous
master bath! The second bedroom includes a queen bed and full bath access, plus the bunk
room is equipped with a twin over twin bunk bed! You are just a block away from the public
beach access, and the Gulf Place community has 3 dedicated beach accesses, 3 pools for your
family to enjoy plus tennis courts, a nature trail, games & more!
Located in the heart of the Gulf Place area, "30A! You Beachya!" is a must-see property with a
wide range of activities for guests of all ages. Within walking distance, you'll find popular spots
such as Shunk Gulley restaurant (known for its frozen Bushwacker drinks), Shelby's Beach Bar,
Perfect Pig (a brunch destination not to be missed), Sunrise Coffee, Pizza by the Sea (perfect for
grabbing a slice and enjoying it on the beach), Pecan Jacks candy and ice cream (offering
delightful boozy flavors), and Growler Garage (a craft beer bar).
This home is professionally managed by All 30A Properties, with our office located in the Gulf
Place Towncenter.
Booked guests receive a $25 per day credit towards complimentary Beach Gear when you book
an All 30A Properties vacation home. Best of all, your gear will be delivered on the day of your
arrival and picked up on your departure date, so no need to pack any gear! Items to choose
