About this property

This beautiful, custom built home was completed earlier this year and has never been rented before. Outdoor living is a premium with a 700 square foot deck and a 700 square foot lanai facing west that capture the entire Kohala coast line. Enjoy views of the ocean, sunsets, coastline, Maui, Kohala and Hualalai mountains.
The main floor includes the primary bedroom and en-suite bath and a second bedroom and bath plus kitchen, great room, laundry and pantry. The great room has a vaulted ceiling that peaks at 13 feet.
Located downstairs are two more bedrooms and two more bathrooms, plus a second living area with wet bar and wine refrigerator. The downstairs celings are 10 feet tall and each bedroom has its own slider to access the expansive lanai and tropical backyard.
Waikoloa Village is just minutes from the top resorts, beaches, shopping, and golf courses and is approximately 35 minutes from Kona International Airport.
