The 110m2 apartment has 4 bedrooms, one living room with kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a laundry room. With a passion for design, we mixed modern with beautiful antiques and fully renovated it in 2023. Ideal for groups up to 8 people, who want to enjoy the charm of the historical center and discover alsace (colmar, wine region or basel are all within 30mins)

Why they chose this property
The apartment is a 20 meters away by the grand place, in the heart of the historic district. It is an amazing neighborhood, with great restaurants, cafe and shops. We loved the beautiful building facade as well as its vers central location, in a pedestrian street. It is also very convenient as it s a 5mins walking distance from the main train station, all tramways and it has several large underground parking spaces nearby for cars.
