This home is located in the Plantation community which is a guard gated community with private beach with no public access. The beach is very quiet. In addition, you can walk to the community pool, tennis courts, gym and have access to Bob Sikes cut, pickleball courts, second community pool, miles of biking and walking trails, and more!

What makes this property unique

The home was completely remodeled and the pictures of the home are current pictures. It is located directly on the beach with no dunes or view obstructions. Just a few steps and your feet will be in the sand! The home has so many upgrades and amentities - ex double refrigerator with double ice makers, reverse osmosis water filtration, luggage shelves so luggage doesn't need to be stored on the floor, dining room table for 12, outdoor tables and chairs for 12, rocking chairs, and so much more!
