Such actions are harmful and may lead to serious consequences, including reporting to respective platform and potential legal action. โ—‹ (If Applicable) WINTER: Do not leave windows or doors open for any period of time during the winter as the pipes will freeze within minutes and can result in extensive damage. Guests not following these rules would be held responsible for all costs associated with the damage
- Sidewalks: Walk-ways are maintained once every 48 hours upon snowfall. Please be mindful of all Guests safety and utilize the shovel and salt if needed
- Driveways: Residential driveways are maintained for you. Should you wish to have it cleared please utilize the shovel and salt
- Garage: Be mindful of the snow melting in the garage to ensure it is going down the drain or is pushed out the garage as to prevent any damage to the walls or structure of the home

โ—‹ The use of the mailbox is not included with property. We can arrange for a PO box to be set up prior to your arrival on inquiry. Fees may apply.

โ—‹ If items are left behind after a stay the Guest will need to arrange with the Host to collect them within 14-days of the Guests checkout date. If shipping is required a fee of $50 plus postage will be charged prior to the items being shipped

โ—‹ Electrical breaker is last resort. Do not try to fix or troubleshoot any issues with plumbing, appliances or electrical. Do not touch unless instructed otherwise.

โ—‹ Host does not offer compensation for unforeseeable inconveniences (e.g., maintenance, fire alarms, or amenity restrictions). If notified in advance of significant disruptions, the host will inform guests and only accept bookings with their approval. Full refunds will be provided if unit is unusable.

โ—‹ No temporary or permanent fixtures (e.g., tarps) are allowed. Do not tape or pin decorations to walls or furnishings.

โ—‹ Do not put food or debris down sinks, even with garburators. Guests will be responsible for any resulting plumbing issues.

โ—‹ Be mindful of locking bathroom doors from the outside. Costs associated with locksmiths will be the responsibility of the Guest

โ—‹ Tampering with safety devices/equipment will be warned only ONCE through. 2nd notification will be a call from us directly, and 3rd offence will be asked to leave.

โ—‹ NO parties, drugs, excessive drinking or loud music. Events for work or meetings are allowed upon request.

โ—‹ A $250CAD fine will be charged, if smoking with the migration of smoke or smell of smoke from our unit following by law and fine policy.

We had an absolutely fabulous stay at this rental home! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The space was beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, making it feel like a true home away from home. We loved every minute and would return in a heartbeat.

Great house and location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Only issue is the kitchen could use a restock. Only 3 wineglasses, no dishcloth, no casserole dishes to cook in oven. Also glass shards were on kitchen sink mat so a foot got cut. Lifted mat and more underneath. But very minor complaints and I would definitely book again. Beds were wonderful.

Phenomenal!!

Stellar communication! Extremely spacious and very quiet! I live in the country and usually donโ€™t do well in city settings. But this place was SILENT. Clean, safe neighborhood, convenient location. The entire house was spic and span and extremely comfortable! Would absolutely stay here again!

Great for what we needed

Loved the house for our family. We were in town for a hockey tournament. Parking was good. Kitchen was well supplied and there were laundry facilities. Pull out couches were better for one than two. We are old school so really would have enjoyed having cable or satellite tv. Seems most hotels do. Internet was sketchy a lot of the time.All in all it was a great spot for us. Would stay there again.

The place was very clean and organized. We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Weโ€™ll surely book again. Btw, just so the others know, before check in we were given 2 options on how we are going to pay for the property damage just in case something happens. First is security deposit which is a larger fee that is refundable and the second is the damage waiver, a smaller one time non-refundable fee. We were not informed during the reservation about those fees, good thing we were prepared in handling this matter. It has surprised us a bit because we did not expect to pay a big amount of security deposit thatโ€™s why we opted for the non-refundable one. But we understand that thatโ€™s how it goes. Everything went well and our stay was one for the books because of the exceptional place.
