Very clean house and nice large yard. Great for a celebration or having some guests if you’re in town. One note the neighbors have a lot of dogs that bark and yap during the night which is disruptive and annoying, but the house itself was great, clean, secure, and had lots of outdoor space. AC works great.

Great stay graduation

We rented Rafael’s place for an extended weekend for our son’s recent graduation from the University of Redlands! What a great place! Location is only 0.8 miles from the University. Close to fun restaurants and cute shops in downtown Redlands. Great grocery store within walking distance called Redlands Ranch market! They have a great cocina in the back of the store which offers delicious authentic Mexican food to eat there of take with you! The 2bedroom 2 bath unit is beautifully decorated! So clean! So rare to get two baths in a 2bedroom apartment. Very spacious. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed for a great stay. Most places are not so I have learned to bring some of my own kitchen items but I never had to use them because Rafael has thought of everything! Huge bonus was all of the fun games and activities to keep us entertained. Everything was so fun. Although we don’t have an EV, they even have a charging station if you do!Rafael was easy to get in contact with when we had questions. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for your hospitality!
