We really enjoyed our stay. Apartment is exactly how it looks in pictures. Very clean and roomy. Property is extremely well maintained. The co-host was extremely helpful and so friendly, she’s a wonderful person! The host responds quickly to any questions. We truly enjoyed our visit!

This was the perfect location
We spent most of our time at the national archive doing research, but this gave us the ability to get there in 12 minutes. The parking wasn’t a problem and the unit was amazing. We plan on coming back next year!

Great Apartment
Had a great stay. Amenities were good. Could add a few things to the kitchen, but since it’s a new listing I’m sure things will be added as more people stay. Parking was crazy easy. Walking distance to groceries and CVS. Reina and John are great hosts. Would totally stay again if they will have us!

I am a philosophy professor at a liberal arts college near DC and am the owner of the building and live in the upstairs apartment. I have personally renovated all 4 of the apartments and did most of the work myself, including building the butcher-block countertops, the kitchen cupboards, the swinging bard doors, and so on. I hope you find it comfortable during your stay in DC and don't hesitate to let me know if you need anything.
