Absolutely loved this place. So perfect. Everything you could ask for and more a stay away from home. Well equipped kitchen, everything you need to cook, even spices, coffee and sugar. Lots of towels, blankets sheets and pillows. Washer and Dryer. Beautiful and quaint fenced in back yard. The host is amazing. Made everything feel warm and cozy. Was there if you needed him for any questions. Friendly and very welcoming. I highly recommend this cute VRBO in a quiet neighborhood in Washington DC. Close to everything. We really enjoyed ourselves. Will definitely stay here again when we go back to Washington DC. So much better than even a hotel room. Apartment is on first floor and still very pleasant and private.

My husband and I stayed here & the location was great! It was close enough to all the places we wanted to see and we felt safe there too. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The bed was very nice after a long day of walking. The kitchen had everything we needed and more, as a matter of fact once we came back to the apartment for the day it was hard to go back out for dinner.

Great apartment near the Capitol Building

This apartment is very convenient for sight seeing in DC. Though public transportation is an option, we used Lyft as a family to get everywhere we wanted and the rates were very low. The apartment was quiet and had everything that we needed. We would stay again.

Perfect for a family!

We came to do the normal DC stuff and this was perfect for our family of 5! The location is quiet and the apartment is wonderful to come back to after a long day of being in the city! We used the buses to get around and it couldn’t have been more convenient! Saving this one for next time!!!

Great place to stay while visiting my daughter for graduation. Very close to the main bus line that runs through central DC. Sweet neighborhood feel. This place was located directly in a gem of a great neighborhood first time ever being on the east coast and it was all that we hoped for it was driving and walking distance to everything you want to seein D.C the host thought of everything you you might need just a great experience all around

Close to downtown

The house looks as it does in pictures. Suprisingly, parking was no issue. Close enough to the National Mall for a bike ride there. Like any city, be aware of your surroundings- a few blocks away is a rougher part of the city. We did have issues with the television, other than that, there was more than enough amenities.

The property is as depicted in the photos. Very cute and comfortable. Nice little touches, out door space, lots of towels, very neat and nicely maintained. The neighborhood has lots of walkable options. Plenty of scooters, bikes and Lyfts. Whole Foods is walkable. The owner is onsite, very responsive and knowledgeable about the area and willing to share his knowledge. I would definitely stay here again

Great stay

Very luxurious bathroom and cozy bedroom. We felt comfortable and safe here and the amenities were perfect. There were some noisy neighbors at times due to thin walls, but it was quiet at night. I recommend using the metrobus to metro or biking for transportation.

This was the perfect location

We spent most of our time at the national archive doing research, but this gave us the ability to get there in 12 minutes. The parking wasn’t a problem and the unit was amazing. We plan on coming back next year!

Great Apartment

Had a great stay. Amenities were good. Could add a few things to the kitchen, but since it’s a new listing I’m sure things will be added as more people stay. Parking was crazy easy. Walking distance to groceries and CVS. Reina and John are great hosts. Would totally stay again if they will have us!
