The condo is very clean and is just as described. The dogs in the upper unit are noisy and woke us up. Please change the distance from your unit to the Convention Center from 15 minutes to 30 minutes, even maps have it listed 25-30 minutes. Great locationfor restaurants just one block away.Thank You

The 2 bedroom basement apartment was very clean and comfortable. It includes a full kitchen and washer and dryer. Street parking was easy to find and the check in and check out process was simple. The family in the main house above does have a dog, but that did not cause any inconvenience on my end. I would definitely stay here again.

On 04/03/2026, I had a very bad experience here. One fact the host hided and didn't want you know was this facility was actually a basement, very deep underground, poor ventilation, no natural light, bad hygiene conditions, and I had a very bad night there. My throat itched and I coughed up blood in the next day, and my lips developed herpes.
The poor air quality in the room made my throat itchy the next day, and I even coughed up blood.

This review should not be allowed to be posted as the guest was abusive and also not clearly sane. Even though the first line of our description says this is a lower level apartment, she claimed we ‘deceived’ her with the photos that to her, made it seem like the apartment was not below ground. The photos are 100% accurate and show all the windows and doors exactly where they are.

This property is clean, comfortable and in a pleasant neighborhood. It had all that we needed for our business trip to DC. We will book here again for future trips if it is available.
