Brand new modern home with hot tub. 1 block to private beach in Vacation Beach neighborhood. .3 mile down the street to Vacation Beach. 2 miles to downtown Guerneville.

3 rooms with 3 queen beds!
2 bedrooms (2 queen beds), 1 QUEEN SUNROOM with additional queen sleeper sofa, 2 full bathrooms all on 1 level. Soaking tub in master bathroom. Nice deck and yard area with BBQ and outdoor dining table for 6.
Completely renovated from top to bottom.
New kitchen and attached 6 person dining table. Open concept living
A/C.

12 skylights and many windows provide lots of light.
Parking in front of house for 2 cars.
Large 65’ hd t.v in great room. Free Wifi, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu.

Beach gear including 2 kayaks, beach chairs, floating devices, and life jackets available for rent at $40/stay.
$25/night/guest over 6 guests. Up to 7 max with the 7th being a child under 14 years old.
Pet fee is $50/stay up to 2 well behaved pets.
High chair and pack n play available at no extra charge. Both located in master bedroom closet. When 1 day stay is available, maximum number of guests is 2.


NO Parties.
Damage deposit will be withheld if neighbors complain about noise.

1. Guests shall not invite other guests without prior permission.
2. No late check out without prior permission. Please depart the house by 11am sharp on your date of departure.
3. Please read thru the manual upon arrival and be sure to follow all the policies.
4. Beach/Hot Tub towels must be washed and dried before departure. ($25 fee for leaving these towels unwashed)

Cozy, comfortable home!

This home provided an excellent stay while visiting the area. Fully updated, it has comfortable beds, great internet/tv service, a nice kitchen/laundry room and we'd recommend it to other guests.

Weekend escape

We visited over a rainy weekend. The house was nicely located close to Guerneville with its activities and restaurants. And when the rain was too much to be outside it was a pleasant place to hang out with games and the hot tub. Host was very responsive and helpful.

Hands down best beds ever!

Great little house that is remodeled well and has everything you may need. Did I say the beds were the most comfortable things ever! I didn’t want to get out of bed. Walking distance to a small beach and very quiet neighborhood. Will definitely stay here again!

Nice mini-vacation

Really nice home inside and hot tub was great! We couldn't get the grill to work, but just cooked in the kitchen instead. Quiet neighborhood really close to the river which was perfect for entertaining our dogs. Would stay here again, quite nice.

WONDERFUL Home and Host

We had an AMAZING time! The inside of the home is beautiful, well stocked, and clean. The beds are super comfortable and the sunroom/ bedroom was a great escape for the teens! We had our dogs with us as well and felt comfortable with them hanging outside because it was so securely fenced. Hila was also super responsive and friendly. We had a great trip and can’t wait to visit again!!

Last minute stay

This property was perfect for an emergency trip to visit my grandmother for the last time. The host was able to accommodate early check in and check out, was extremely responsive to messages and the house was amazing! Not to mention the spa was a treat after long emotional days. We definitely hope to use this place again during the summer and for happier times!

Russian River sojourn

We were attending an event at the corner Orthodox Church. Only a four minute walk away. Everyone was assigned a meal to prepare. We found our kitchen to be very friendly and well stocked with cookware. Our grandkids loved the hot tub. Overall we had a comfortable stay

Chic modern home close to River

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful modern home. Owner keeps it in mint condition. Only issue was owner asked me for a payment after I already paid VRBO in full claiming she had been hacked.

The vacation beach gem house is right by the river (3 minutes walk) and well equipped with everything one needs to feel like home. Hila is great at communicating with guests and our family of six had a total blast at her place. Thanks Hila and I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a sparkling clean place to stay by the river.

Perfect family getaway

Hila, the owner, was very communicative and kind, even accommodating my elderly parents to join us at the last minute. Highly recommend renting the boats, life jackets, inner tubes, etc. It made our trip seamless and super fun! The property itself is modern and comfortable, close to a wonderful local spot on the river. We found the house to be plenty cool without using the a/c (though we spent the whole day at the river!). The neighborhood is quiet and everyone we encountered were friendly and respectful! I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Perfect Getaway Weekend

This little Guerneville gem was the perfect place for the girlfriend getaway weekend. It was beautiful inside and out, comfortably fit five of us and was appointed with everything we needed to relax. The master bathroom is so dreamy! Loved the location and its proximity to wine country...and the quaint little downtown here is so fun.

The house was just as advertised. It was well located for getting to the Sonoma wineries and even out to the coast to Bodega Bay. Hila was a great host. Would definitely stay there again.

Great cozy Guerneville home!

This super cozy remodeled home was the perfect place to gather my adult children for a weekend away! Accommodations were great, love that there was a washer and dryer. I loved the homey feel. The location was great, just a very short walk to the river, and a short drive to town. I would definitely book again!!
