IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION IS THE SKI AREA AND 2 OTHER MARINAS THAT HAVE ENTERTAINMENT AS WELL. 3 DECKS AS WELL AS A FLOATING DOCK FOR SWIMMING/LAYING OUT. COVERED DOCK FOR A BOAT. ***Boat rental available at www.lakeofegyptpontoonrentals.com and tell them Q sent you! NEW GAS GRILL AND A WEBER CHARCOAL GRILL PROVIDED WITH PATIO FURNITURE. OPEN FLOOR PLAN THAT COMFORTABLY SLEEPS 6 ADULTS. 2 BATHROOMS WITH SHOWERS. FULL KITCHEN WITH ALL APPLIANCES INCLUDING MICROWAVE AND COFFEE MAKER/KEURIG. WASHER AND DRYER. THIS PROPERTY IS A 25 MINUTE DRIVE TO CRACKER BARREL IN MARION AND 40 MINUTE DRIVE TO PADUCAH KY.

Great space to get away

Super clean and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. I mean they even have two coffee makers - my kind of house! Dock was great for sitting in the sun and watching the day go by while listening to the sounds of the lake.

Southern Illinois Hiking Vacation

This house ended up being the ideal spot for my long weekend hiking get away. The house was comfortable and the host had all the bases covered. The location on the lake is very charming and so relaxing. We did not have to worry about a thing. Thanks for a great spot to rest, relax, and recharge.

We enjoyed the house and out time on the lake. Really appreciated the use of the kayaks without charge. The house was really clean and had everything we needed. Michelle was great and responded right away to anything that came up. Hoping to go back soon!

Enjoyed our stay

This house was very clean, well-stocked, and cozy. I, my husband and 3 adult children had a wonderful time fishing, cooking and playing games. The view of the lake is excellent! My girls enjoyed the sunshine on the three decks and also on the dock. The many steps down to the dock might be hard for older people. Overall, the house was perfect for us! We would definitely rent it again.

Cute little place right in the lake. It has EVERTHING you could need.

Checkin was easy and host was most helpful linking us with a boat rental for a day. We had a relaxing time. Lots of steps down to the lake but we knew that from the pictures. Only downside is that there are no railings along the stairs going from the second floor down to the lower level and we didn’t identify that from the pictures. We were there in April but it would be fun to go back in warmer weather.

The house is cute with a great view of the lake and nice seating areas outside. I liked the ladder off the dock for swimming and that kayaks and life vests were available for our use. It had all the amenities we needed and we enjoyed ourselves. Michelle and her housekeeper were friendly and helpful. The only downside was that the bed was uncomfortable. It sagged quite a bit and the pillows were flat. However, overall, it was very pleasant!

Everything was amazing! Check in was simple, the home was clean, and it was a PERFECT getaway before kids went back to school! Nothing beats visiting the parks nearby then coming back to play in the lake and cookout on the grill!

Amazing place to stay on a great lake

We could not be happier with our stay. The house was the perfect size for our group of 6. The dock was a great feature to have and allowed us to be able to keep our boat in the water the whole weekend. The house was super clean and very well taken care of. I will definitely rent this house again for future trips to Lake Of Egypt.

Inside home was clean and tidy. Outside and steps were not ready for guest. Slip trip and fall numerous places. No night lighting to vehicles. No outside water. Half of outside chairs were not good enough to sit in. Neighbor cut down 5 trees next to VRBO, woke us 7:20am and lasted most of the day.

Shirt getaway to the woods.

My husband and I planned this trip ladt minute, and chose this location due to the location. We were so happy with this rental. Super clean, amazing amenities, neighbors super friendly.
