Beautiful open concept 3 bedroom home with over 1,600 sqft of living space, walking distance to the beach and only a 1 minute drive to the public boat launch. Welcome to our lovely cabin on a half acre lot, with room to park all your toys (boats, trailers, quads, side by side, etc.) and ample room for up to 3 + vehicles. The backyard has a fire pit, large deck with seating and lounging area, tons of space for the kids and pets to run around in the fully fenced yard! There is a seasonal (summer months only) bunkhouse which has a bedroom and living space perfect for the older kids. Inside you will find three good size bedrooms, the Master bedroom has a 5 piece ensuite with deep soaker tub, separate shower and his/her sinks. Two other bedrooms on the opposite end of the home and have access to another full washroom. The kitchen features a central island, custom coffee/bar station, farm style sink overlooking the front yard (deer and moose can be seen in the front yard all year long!), double wall oven/microwave and cooktop located in the island. The open concept allows for easy entertaining and views of all areas. Large dining room table with 6 chairs, with tons of puzzles and games in the buffet. The dining room double doors open to the large deck and backyard oasis . Washer and dryer are in the back porch off the kitchen. Gull lake provides tons of fun all year round. Summer months are full of swimming, boating, kayaking or paddle boarding, playground located at the public beach, an amazing golf course is a few minutes up the road and with only 20 minutes to Sylvan Lake. Some of the best ice fishing is on Gull Lake, hut rentals are available nearby. Less than 2 hours from Calgary and 1.5 hours from Edmonton makes this the perfect cabin retreat. There is a small window ac unit in the main living area but no ac in the bunkhouse. Queen air mattress and children’s toys available for use with advance notice.
