Wonderful unit and location

This unit was exactly as advertised and a lovely, clean, quiet, and comfortable place to stay. Its proximity to downtown Knoxville and the University of Tennessee campus is ideal. It is also located right next door (easy and safe walk) to the new Kern's Food Hall - a fun place to eat, hang out and enjoy. 10 out of 10 on my experience - highly recommend.

Great long weekend stay.

The unit was everything we need. It is a short 20 minute walk to the downtown area. The home was comfy. The weather was not nice enough to use the amazing looking pool. I would definitely stay here for my next trip to Knoxville.
