With its lively atmosphere and endless attractions, this intersection serves as a gateway to unforgettable adventures in downtown Montreal. Right nearby is Montreal Old Port, The Village, Plateau district, downtown business district is just a 3-5 minute taxi. Mount Royal park is just 10 minutes away, lovely park directly across the street for an afternoon picnic.

Sherbrooke metro station is just 1 minute walk door to door. Get around town easily and quickly with the close metro station, and several busses on the nearby corner.

This bustling area offers an eclectic mix of cultural, culinary, and entertainment experiences. Immerse yourself in the city`s rich history as you stroll along charming Saint Denis Street, lined with trendy boutiques, cozy cafes, and renowned restaurants offering a diverse range of cuisines.

Specifically bus #24 on the corner is frequent and travels along Sherbrooke street across all downtown, great option to cross downtown while seeing the city above ground.

You will have exclusive access to the entire apartment for the duration of your stay. You will not have to share it with me or another guest that is not on the reservation.

Self Check-in and instructions are sent in advance so your arrival is smooth and straightforward.

Weekend Travelers! If you want to arrive extra early or leave extra late, take advantage of the low weekday prices and add an adjacent day to your booking.

You’ll get clear check-in steps and local tips before arrival, plus helpful updates during your stay. Most chat happens through messaging so either I or my co-host can reply fast. For anything urgent, you’ve got my number.

No bots—just real help from me or my partner, plus I have just created a personalized guidebook that makes everything even easier!! For arrivals after midnight, please refer to the `Additional Rules`.

Heating & AC — Comfy year round! Heating is always available during cold weather. AC available late spring through mid-autumn (timing may vary with the season).
Communication – I’m quick to reply all day and evening. After midnight I might be asleep, but I’ll always get back to you first thing early next morning. Late-night Check-In help (after 12am) isn’t guaranteed, but you will have full step-by-step instructions ahead of time.
🔧Property Access – On extreme or rare occasions, the Property Manager or maintenance may need access for an inspection, emergency, or repair. I’ll always give you notice whenever possible.
Emergency Help – Even if I’m out of town, I’ll arrange help through my team. Please reach out to me first, and I’ll arrange help. For urgent safety matters, call local services right away—then let me know so I can follow up.
Mail & Packages – Need to receive something during your stay? Just let me know! I have a secure solution since the mailbox itself isn’t shared.
Supplies – I provide a starter set of essentials so you’re all set when you arrive (seven days worth). If you need more during your stay, you can easily pick up refills nearby.

🔇 Respect the Space & Neighbors
This is a residential building. Parties, events, and excessive noise aren’t permitted. Please observe quiet hours and be mindful of neighbors all times of day.
👥 Registered Guests Only
For safety and building rules, all visitors must be included in your reservation’s guest count. If you plan to have someone visit, please let me know in advance.
🚭 No Smoking Indoors
Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the building. Smoke outside only. Extra cleaning fees or eviction without refund apply if smoke is detected.
🐾 No Animals
Animals aren’t permitted due to a serious health concern.
Service animals are welcome—please inform me in advance if there is anything I can do to make your stay more comfortable. Emotional Support Animals (ESA) must be declared to the host ahead of booking (appropriate documentation required for ESA).
🌙 Check-in & Late Night Arrivals
Check-in and check-out times are listed on the listing page For same-day bookings, access instructions may take up to 1 hour to generate after your reservation is confirmed.
You’re welcome to Check-in after midnight, but assistance may not be available. The host is not responsible for issues after midnight. Please share your ETA, review the check-in guide, and ask any questions in advance.
🚪 Check-Out Time
Late check-out is generally not available due to cleaning schedules. Unscheduled late departures may incur additional housekeeping fees.
🧼 Care for the Apartment
Please treat the space as you would your own.
• Remove shoes at the door, avoid food and drinks in bedrooms. Dispose of trash properly. Do not stain fabrics or linens please.Keeps doors and windows closed and locked when leaving or on rainy,snowy, or very cold days.
🔐 Security & Access
Please follow check-in instructions in your Guidebook carefully and keep doors and windows closed and locked when leaving. Lost keys or security items may require replacement fees.
🧻 Supplies for Longer Stays
Basic consumables are provided to help you get settled during your first week. For longer stays, guests should restock items as needed.
🛠 Maintenance & Emergencies
In rare cases, building management or the host may need access for urgent repairs or inspections. Guests will be notified whenever possible.
🅿️ Parking
If using public or street parking, please follow all local signage and regulations. In Montreal, always double check the parking signs.
🐕‍🦺Special Note on Service Animals
Misrepresentation of a Service Animal is a serious violation. In line with User Policy and local laws: Service animals must be house-trained, under control at all times, never left alone, and must not enter restricted areas. Any damage caused will be the guest’s full responsibility.
Without exception, guests found abusing this policy will be responsible for a fine of up to $1,000, plus all extra cleaning costs, and the reservation will be immediately canceled without refund.
