Perfect Family Gathering Spot!

Had a wonderful, peaceful stay at this beautiful home in Newton! This is an up-to-date, comfortable house offering plenty of room and privacy for family or friend groups. The home has brand new appliances and fully modernized bathrooms, and is extremely clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable with nice linens!

Beautiful location convenient to Boston

This spacious home is nestled in a beautiful neighborhood only minutes from downtown Boston and Cambridge. Upscale shopping and dining are just around the corner. The host Serguei was extremely helpful and responsive.

Amazing house when visiting Boston!

Owner was amazing and very easy to communicate with if we needed anything. House provided everything we needed for a group of 8 people. Check in and check out were very easy. House had amazing amenities that had my entire group wishing we could stay longer. Will definitely be booking this location ahain soon!

The house was fully stocked with anything that you could need or want. The Host was very responsive. The beds were comfortable and had little amenities like bedside chargers for your phone. The pool was beautiful. He even included floats and pool toys ready for our kids to use. Overall, the house was very clean and in very good condition. We would definitely stay here again. Location wise, it was an easy trip into Boston and had great access to the major highways.Wonderful stay!

Newton Villa

very safe upscale neighborhood: quiet and private but minutes to downtown Boston sand Longwood area.
Conveniences of Chestnut Hill and Newton Center neighborhood: several groceries stores ( including Wegman's, Whole foods and Star Market) shopping Mall ( Bloomingdale's, Tiffany"s, etc), several local eateries along with restaurants such as Season 51, Cheesecake Factory, Capital Grill etc
