This comfortably furnished, upper end unit with million-dollar mountain views is centrally located in Cathedral City. It is only a 15-minute drive to downtown Palm Springs and 15-minutes to incredible shopping and dining along El Paseo drive in Palm Desert.

Enjoy the convenience of resort-style living with 5 pools and 7 Jacuzzis, 4 dedicated tennis, 4 dedicated pickle-ball courts, as well as a fitness center for exclusive use by residents and guests.

This beautiful unit is updated and offers vaulted ceilings in the living area, two comfortable bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with a full washer / dryer in the unit.

We have a mix of year-round and seasonal residents, as well as long-term guests (30/day-minimum, no short-term rentals allowed). Guests access the community via secured and video monitored gates.

Wonderful nearby eateries and live entertainment around the corner with a new casino in Cathedral City. We are close to Shopping, Restaurants, Casinos, Grocery, the Airport, a Water Park, Hiking, Horseback Riding and Multiple Golf Courses, Tennis and Miniature Golf.
