Steps to everything Scottsdale has to offer, our vibrant three-bedroom townhouse, appropriately named Scott Pad, is the perfect location for you and your guests to experience this thriving city. Our property has a resort-type feel as you experience many top amenities with the main hub of the city in your backyard. Within walking distance to world-renowned restaurants, art galleries, local attractions, coffee shops and multiple grocery stores, you’ll feel as if you never left home!

We understand where you stay can greatly impact your travel experience which is why we have worked diligently to think of everything you will need to make your stay more enjoyable. Centrally located and walking distance to many restaurants, shops, coffee shops and grocery stores (including Starbucks and Sprouts across the street).

Our unit provides three bedrooms - one with a king bed, one with a queen bed, and one with two double beds. The unit offers 2 1⁄2 bathrooms - one 1/2 bathroom downstairs, two full bathrooms upstairs including one ensuite off the king bedroom. Also included is a fully functioning kitchen, dining for large groups, an in-unit washer and dryer, smart TVs, a smart Nest thermostat, Amazon Alexia, high-speed internet, and a spacious living room that will make you feel like you never left home.

The large back patio off the kitchen will help you relax as you enjoy the Arizona weather in a tranquil setting, while the grounds and pool are well manicured and maintained. There are two designated covered parking spots right off the back entrance for easy in and out access. Our property is always professionally cleaned between visits.

After booking, you will receive a welcome packet with the information needed during your stay and recommendations of our favorite spots around town. The unit has keyless entries allowing for personalized key code access. If you have any questions, send us a message or call via the app, and we will promptly respond to you. We're committed to ensuring you have the best travel experience!

Such a cute Townhome in a fantastic location! The space was perfect for our family. The patio was a cute place to hang out, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was an inviting place to gather. We appreciated all the extra touches like snacks at check-in, the doggy door,etc. Would definitely stay here again.

What a cute property! The owners have thought of everything…appreciated having plenty of space for our adult family of 4. Decor was great! It is an older building but the owners have kept it updated including the outdoor space. We will stay here again when we visit family in the future!

Lovely Condo and Great Scottsdale Location

The condo is cozy and well designed for comfort and multiple areas to socialize is small groups. The condo is well appointed and the property owner is responsive and makes check-in very easy. The location is walking distance from historic downtown Scottsdale.

Great Place for our Last Night in Arizona

The townhouse was perfect for our group of 4 women. We only stayed one night as we had an early flight out of Phoenix and wanted to be near the airport. The house had everything we needed and was very clean. If we are in the area again we would definitely consider staying here again.

WM Phoenix Open

This property is exactly as advertised. Great location near Old Town Scottsdale - safe and convenient! Condo was fully remodeled recently and is very tasteful and functional. To top it off, Amanda and Todd were very easy to work with and answered all our questions very quickly.

Fantastic Space, comfy beds

Great location, space and comfortable beds. We enjoyed the outdoor space as well. Check in process was seamless and efficient. Bathroom baseboards, floors and shower need some extra attention by cleaning crew, there was hair in both upstairs bathrooms on the floors and counters and a dirty makeup cloth behind one of the bedroom doors. Kitchen was spotless and well equipped. The washer and dryer were a happy surprise for us to use with detergent available.

Check-in was not great. We arrived to have the cleaning person greet us at the door - she had JUST gotten there to clean (we had 4pm check-in time; it was 4:30pm); we were told to come back. Contacted host - who did not answer immediately; but did apologize once responding. Said to go to dinner & come back in an hour for her to finish. We came back at 6:30pm and the cleaning person was still there, washing bedding (beds were still not made). This was over 2 hours later. She finally left at 7pm. Our stay was less than 24 hours so we paid for less than 10 hours of a stay at this property. Although it was clean for the most part, there was few amenties (no hair dryers available which can be a nuisance when traveling, no coffee/just grinds in the container specifically for that.) Overall, it was fine but we will not return to this property.

Lori, truly apologize for the the issues you had during your stay, this is not acceptable. Regardless of our cleaner's reason for not having the unit ready, this should not had happened. We have talked to her and have dealt with this on our end. Regarding the coffee grinds and the hair dryer, those items are at the property but perhaps you did not find them as they are located in the kitchen cabinets and under the bathroom sink. We would appreciate the chance to make this up to you, so please reach out next time you are in the Scottsdale area and we can make this right.
