ELECTRICITY CHARGES- there will be no extra charge if your usage is under 40 kWh per day. This is very easy to maintain by ensuring the air conditioners are turned off when you are not using the rooms or out of the house. We will take a meter reading at check in and another at check out. Any usage over 40 KWh per day will be charged at $0.27 per kWh. This amount will be requested through AIRBNB under the Security Deposit claim procedure.

Cool local house

The best thing about this house is that it’s directly across the street from the beach. Amazing sunsets right across the street! It’s pretty new on the rental market and I think they’re trying to figure things out. The check-in process and communication with Jas was awesome. She helped us out tremendously with recommendations. Best property manager we have delt with. Definitely a go-to person! Pros Location- beach super close. not a touristy area. Mostly locals. Quiet street Property manager- she was awesome Large kitchen Good size bedrooms and bathrooms Washer/dryer Quiet chill neighborhood 2.5 hrs to SanJose airport 1 hr to Jaco (if you’re craving touristy crowds 😂) Price was reasonable Could be better: There were no beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes etc No bbq / grill Nieghbor’s dog barked at night occasionally Living room lacking comfort. Only 1 small couch 3 locks/keys to get into the front entrance Overall, we had a great time. Would definitely go back!
