Our mountain getaway includes 2 bedrooms and 2 spacious full bathrooms (Sleeps 6-8). A fully equipped kitchen features a breakfast bar, family area includes dining, lounging & fireplace. Our Penthouse condo has a private balcony with panoramic views of Mount Baldy, the city of Breckenridge as well as Peaks 7 and 8.

Parking is not guaranteed, the rate you see in VRBO will include the charge for parking, if you do not need parking, we can remove this. If you plan to park a vehicle we can verify if parking is available to reserve when you request to book.

Our mountain getaway includes 2 bedrooms and 2 spacious full bathrooms and can sleep up to 8 guests. A fully equipped gourmet kitchen features a breakfast bar with 4 barstools with an open floor plan that allows the kitchen to flow into the dining and family areas. Our Penthouse condo has a private balcony with panoramic views of Mount Baldy, the city of Breckenridge as well as Peaks 7 and 8.

Please join us to enjoy a magnificent vacation in Breckenridge, Colorado, a four season vacation getaway. During the winter our condo offers ski-in, ski-out convenience. For spring, summer and fall we provide easy access to Maggie pond and overlook the Village plaza. Our condo is steps from shopping and dining on Historic Main Street in Breckenridge.

We provide everything you would want in your vacation rental condo, offering an endless array of on-site amenities. Relax in one of the 4 onsite hot tubs, or enjoy the indoor/outdoor pool, steam room, or sauna. Dine at one of the Village restaurants or relax fireside in your vacation rental after cooking up a gourmet meal in our kitchen.

Whether you are a couple looking for a romantic getaway or a family looking for lots of space, come stay with us and let us welcome you to our mountain retreat. You will appreciate all the special touches we have had made to our home that we would like to share with you.

Our location is ideal for skiers and non - skiers alike. Our condo is in the Shavano building which is adjacent to the Maggie building providing access to Peak 9 and the Quick Silver lift. You can purchase lift tickets and rent your skis within steps of our front door. For those that prefer to get away into town, we are a little less than a block from main street. (VRBO is showing the nearest lift as Beaver Run, which is also walkable, the Quick Silver lift is adjacent to our building)

We rent the entire 2 Bedroom/2 Bath condo exclusively to each guest. The amenities within the Village are also available to our guests as shared amenities including indoor/outdoor pool, multiple outdoor hot tubs, underground heated parking (for a fee), fitness room, and sauna. The Village also has one of the Breck ski schools in the complex for those that are planning on lessons.

Dining and Kitchen - Our teak dining table provides seating for 6 and we have two additional log stools that increase seating to 8, the breakfast bar seats 4. The kitchen features slate flooring, slab granite, updated stainless appliances, including an ultra quiet Bosch dishwasher.

Entertainment - The living area features a 50" smart roku TV, bluray DVD and a Wii video game console. Imagine your family relaxing in front of the wood burning fireplace while playing Wii or catching up on a recent blockbuster. We also have a queen leather sofa sleeper, an oversized chair and two additional smaller chairs to provide seating for your entire group.

Sleeping - The master bedroom features a luxury 12" king mattress in a log bed, a 40" smart Roku TV and Blu ray DVD and a log dresser. The second bedroom includes a queen over queen log bunk bed, 32" smart Roku TV. The leather queen sofa sleeper in the family area features a queen memory foam mattress.

Baths - There are two renovated full bathrooms that feature designer tile and upgraded lighting. Each has a sink, toilet and shower/tub combination. The master bath is private to the master bathroom.

Balcony - The penthouse (7th floor) balcony looks out over both peaks 7 and 8 as well as the town of Breckenridge. You can relax on the balcony with your morning coffee (chairs and small table provided).

Updates and renovations - we completely remodeled the entire condo during the summer of 2011 and installed new carpet, new slate flooring, new paint, slab granite in kitchen, new solid pine doors, along with all new furniture and decor. Additionally the bathrooms received new tile, vanities, hardware and toilets in 2018, along with an facelift to the fireplace. We strive to keep our condo up to date and continue to replace furniture and decor as needed.

We are glad to answer questions before your stay that will help make your stay in Breckenridge more pleasant. We now are using a digital app for keys for the condo as well as for garage access if parking has been reserved, if for any reason you do not have access to use an app enabled phone, we can provide you with physical key cards, please just let us know before your arrival so we can enable.

Breckenridge is a magical place, our mountain getaway is right in the middle of everything - during the winter it is ski in ski out, and we are a short 1 block walk to main street.

Generally a car is not necessary to ski and explore Breckenridge. When we drive up from Denver, we find that we can park our car and just travel around Breckenridge on foot - the proximity to both Main Street and the mountain makes walking easy.

For parking, you may reserve ONE paid space with your stay on an as available basis with advanced reservations. Parking rate is seasonal, please inquire at booking.

Our condo is our second home and we have equipped it with modern conveniences so that it feels like home. The decor and furniture reflects the Colorado Rockies - we like to think of it as modern mountain decor.

The Village at Breckenridge offers an endless array of on-site amenities. Relax in one of the multiple onsite hot tubs, or enjoy the indoor/outdoor pool, steam room, or sauna. Dine at one of the Village restaurants or relax fireside in your vacation rental after cooking up a gourmet meal in our kitchen.

Great Place Near Downtown Breck
Great place a short walk from downtown Breck. Easy access to shops / restaurants on main street, walking / hiking trails. The underground garage was secure. The place was clean and comfortable - would stay again.

We loved the location because it allowed us to walk all around town. Communication was excellent. Owners are aware of the shower hot water issue and said they’d get it taken care of. One negative is the key system. We don’t like having the virtual key on our phone because we don’t always carry our phones with us, like when using the hot tub or gym.

Lovely Condo!
My family of 4, including two teenage boys, had plenty of space in this condo. It’s in a great location, you can walk to everything. The hot tubs and pool setup is just a short walk from the door (or you can go underground to get there). There is a nice health club area, and a fun lobby with shuffleboard, pool, pong, and other video games. All very nicely appointed! The condo was stocked with great board games and all the TV channels you could want, plus a working wood fireplace. The bedding was very comfortable, and kitchen was well stocked. We did have an issue with the water temperature in the master shower, as a few other recent renters suggested, but it sounds like the owners are getting that fixed as soon as possible. There was no issue with water temp in the other shower or kitchen. Communication with the property manager and owners was excellent! We would definitely stay here again.

We have a family tradition of visiting Breckenridge during all seasons to enjoy everything that the Breckenridge has to offer. Please come stay at our Condo - Aspen Traditions - and create your own tradition.
We have four children that love being in the mountains and enjoy all aspects of Breckenridge: hiking, biking, skiing, ice skating, sledding. We live close by in Denver and get away to Breckenridge as often as we can.

Why they chose this property

For a number of years, our family had dreamed about owning a ski condo. John and Marty both enjoy skiing and spending time in Breckenridge year round, and our kids have also grown to love the mountains. We really like the area near the south end of Breckenridge, it provides close proximity to both the mountain ski area and to Breckenridge's Main Street with shopping, restaurants and activities.

In 2010, the Village at Breckenridge underwent a complete exterior renovation including all new windows, doors, exterior stucco/siding and roof. This renovation also included the addition of a new clock tower which is visible from most locations in Breckenridge.

In late April 2011, we purchased this condo at the Village at Breckenridge. This location is ideal for both vacation renters as well as for our family given the close proximity to town and the ski-in ski out location.

Over the years we have updated the inside of our condo to provide current and comfortable furnishings and decor as well as updated appliances and finishes. We are excited to share the newly renovated pool, hot tub(s) and common areas that look amazing after their complete renovation in 2022.

What makes this property unique

Our condo is kid friendly - we provide items to help 'kids' of all ages enjoy their stay from a pack and play to kid sized dishes to a highchair to a Wii gaming system. (note we are unable to provide pack and play sheets, so you will want to bring your own)
