1) PARKING DETAILS:
-PAID Gated Parking available @5/day per automobile. Photo of the vehicle and license plate required. Towing enforced.
-Also available is FREE street parking (must abide by all City of Houston street parking signs)
-Do NOT park in off-street front parking spaces along 1903 Commonwealth. They belong to the commercial office building next door.

2) The unit is located on the first floor.

3) Additional Pet Fees Required. Please Inquire for Info!

4) Our units undergo pest control treatments each month. We will provide you advanced notice prior to treatment. By booking this property, you agree to allow us access if this falls during your reservation.

Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
I was not pleased with this property. It was in what I felt was an unsafe area, locked barred gates, barred windows. I did not feel safe. Difficult to get keys out of the lock box. As a matter of fact, I didn’t stay in the unit. I booked a hotel and stayed there instead and just ate the cost off this place. The online photography presents the unit as much better than it actually is.
