Family-friendly and pet-friendly, our indoor and outdoor living spaces provide enjoyment for all. Kayak and paddleboard are for your use to embrace the charm of the water's edge, creating cherished memories in this spacious, nature-kissed escape.

Three bedrooms options with the primary king bedroom with ensuite or unwind in the queen bedroom that has a hidden trundle bed or choose the 3rd bedroom which has a full-over-full bunk bed. Savor coffee moments with complimentary K-cups for the Keurig, and let the large 65" smart TV in the living room elevate your movie nights. Laundry room with washer and dryer along with extra towels and all laundry essentials are available for your use.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire home, pool, and dock (except a small closet for extra supplies)!

The Neighborhood:
Extremely quiet and great place for family!

Other Things to Note:
**The kayak and paddle board are for your use but use only at your own risk. High/low tide can affect the difficulty level of entering and exiting the water-so use at your own physical ability. No lifeguard on duty.

**Pets are allowed but there is a one-time pet fee of $125 per stay. If unsure-just communicate with us and we would be happy to help you with the payment/answer any questions.

**$500 smoking fee. There is no smoking on our property. We kindly ask that you follow this rule as it affects future stays and can do a lot of damage to our property
