Belknap #4 is the ideal location for your next vacation getaway.

This 4-bedroom, 3-bath house, with a rustic modern design, comfortably sleeps 10. You will be amazed at the spaciousness of this reverse-living home. Wood-planked, vaulted ceiling along with hard-surface flooring throughout the home (no carpet other than area rugs), enhances the beauty of this home.

Upstairs you will find the living room with a mounted 65” flat-screen TV and, a large sectional with additional seating all nestled in front of a wood stove, which is perfect for watching a movie after a long day of exploring the beautiful Central Oregon area. The upper deck is accessible from the living room.

The dining area is surrounded by large open windows, so you and your family can enjoy the wonderful views of Sunriver. The dining table sits 9, with 4 additional stools at the kitchen island. The open kitchen is equipped with everything, including new appliances, you need to make that perfect meal.

Two bedrooms are upstairs, with an additional two bedrooms downstairs. Bedroom #1 is a spacious King master with a flat-screen TV and a walk-in closet. The master bath has a dual granite top vanity with a large jetted soaking tub as well as a walk-in shower. Bedroom #2 is a queen-sized bed, with access to the upper back deck and adjacent to the jack’n’hall bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Downstairs, Bedroom #3 is a queen bed and two twin bunk beds with a small flat-screen TV. Perfect for the littles of the group. Bedroom #4 is a King size bed, with access to the private hot tub. Both downstairs are adjacent to the third bathroom, with a tub/shower combo.

This home has an extra refrigerator for guests to use, perfect for those large family meals, located in the garage. Also in the garage, guests will find 8 bikes (2 adults, 2 teens, 4 youth) and a large dog kennel for guest use.



Belknap #4 has several decks and patios, equipped with a hot tub and a propane BBQ, all perfect areas for enjoying the night sky.

Don’t worry about the summer heat. This great home has A/C to help fight the heat during the summer months.

This home is dog-friendly. Gladly accepting 2 dogs during your stay. Cats will need prior approval. Per pet/per night fee applies.

This home is also equipped with an EV charging outlet just outside the garage.

The kids can also enjoy the brand new game room. Equipped with wall tik-tac-toe, wall connect four, tv with DVD movies, and a 3-1 game table with foosball, air hockey, and mini pool. Everything is designed for kids, including the chairs.

Our stay was excellent. The house had everything we needed for a great 4 day getaway. The beds and pillows were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean, there were plenty of appliances, pots, pans and utensils in the kitchen and the electronics all worked well. Thank you!

Plenty of room for 2 extended families. Lots of seating. Large driveway to accommodate 3 vehicles. Very nice kitchen appliances, large island and large pantry. Could use a few more cooking/baking accessories, especially for cooking/serving large entrees. Ok location; quiet but far from village if that matters to anyone.

Great gathering

The upper level was great for family gatherings with the kitchen, dining, & family rooms all combined. Wonderful natural light with all the windows and the front and rear decks offer elevated views of the surrounds and offer a wonderful cross breeze through the home on the warmer days. Bedrooms are convenient but quiet to steal away for a nap or put the kids down to bed. Bring your clothes and food, everything else you need is there.

Great home for 1-2 families with kids

This property is perfect for families. It’s an older home with the outside needing attention. The inside is perfect for 2 families. The kitchen has ample pots/pans, dishes, glasses, and required gadgets for cooking. The interior is large and spacious. The outdoors needs repainting and the leaves and needles cleaned around the hot tub. We were so impressed by the immediate response to fixing the hot tub that wasn’t hot enough!

Reviewer Comments: The home provided a perfect family gathering for my children and grandchildren after the many adventures Sunriver offers. The gated backyard was lovely to keep our pet on the porch and keep my 18 month old grand daughter away from the stairs. The decking was recently upgraded which was nice for our bare feet. Nice pantry storage to store food and snacks and extra fridge in basement to keep beverages cold was a plus. The second bedroom on the main floor does not have a closet or dresser to store your clothes or suitcases. We brought an extra baby gate for the grandchild to protect from the stairs but it was too short as the opening from the entry is wide. Perhaps share the dimensions for future guests with small children or provide a gate that will fit would be a nice addition. The game room was a bit of a disappointment to our older grands as they were looking forward to playing air hockey. The 3 in 1 game table was not functioning when we arrived. The home did provide extra bikes, games, and SHARC passes which keeps kiddos busy.

Perfect Getaway-

There were three families staying for four nights. The house was perfect. The A/C kept the place cool. The kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of plates and glasses- we are serious about our cooking when we get together. Everything was in working order. It's in a good location. We'd happily stay there again.

Holiday fun

We had a great time here. The property isn’t perfect but for a family with kids and a pet it was fabulous. The property manager was responsive and kept in touch throughout our stay, we didn’t need anything but knowing they were available was great. We also had family in the house next door and ours was supplied better so that was also appreciated. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

Great space for 2 families!

We were 4 adults and 3 children and the layout was great for us all to have our own space. The house was very clean and even seemed nicer in-person than in the photos, which is always a lovely plus! The only downside is that the hot tub was super cloudy our first couple of nights there and so a maintenance guy came but had to empty the entire tub and refill it which meant the water never got hot enough for us to go in our last night. I recommend very regular service/treatment of the hot tub so that it’s usable for guests.
