Perfect for curling up with a blanket and a book, or catching up on your favorite series. The second bedroom is all the way down the hall giving plenty of separation, equipped with a queen sized bed and a closet for guests to store personal items.
Nicely updated full bath with tub/shower combo. Complete with shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, paper products and a hair dryer for your traveling convenience! All bathroom linens are high-quality and tastefully chosen.
Kitchenette is located in the central area of the home. Stocked with coffee maker, small refrigerator, and microwave. All utensils & cookware are included to make eating in, convenient and enjoyable. Enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner seated at the dining table or at the outdoor table on a sunny day.
Full-size washer and dryer located off of the kitchenette for guest use. Iron/ironing board are also available at the property.
Guests have access to the entire private upstairs downstairs, washer and dryer off of kitchenette area, backyard which is fenced, patio seating & free parking.

This location is in the Winstead Park neighborhood in Boise City. Nearby parks include Winstead Park, Mountain View Park and Riverfront Park. A quiet yet central West Boise location close to restaurants, shopping, St. Alphonsus and just 10 to 15 from downtown Boise.
This neighborhood is very walkable and biking friendly. There are many restaurants and grocery stores within a mile radius of the home. This neighborhood can be easily navigated without a car.
~You may be required to provide a photo of your Drivers License or Government ID directly to the host. This is for the safety and security of both guests & property Owners, and will be requested at the discretion of owners.
~ This home DOES NOT accept animals of any type. Pets on the property will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit.
~Guests should acknowledge that there is potential for noise from the private secondary unit upstairs.
~ You must be over the age of 25 to rent any of our properties without prior approval.
~ No additional guests and visitors/guests that are not registered on the reservation booking are allowed to be on the property after 9pm. Parties and unregistered guests exceeding the max guest count will result in a loss of your deposit + cost of any damages and extra cleaning.
~ Smoking anywhere on the property will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit plus can result in additional fees up to $500 for smoke removal.
~ Housekeeping is required and provided every 21 days for an additional charge on all longer stays.
