Perfect location! Close to multiple groceries and less than 10 mins to Pass a Grille Beach. The condo checks all the boxes that others miss: great water pressure; comfortable new mattress; washer/dryer in unit; recent renovation. The neighbors in the complex are very friendly and quiet. The host is immediately responsive and over-accommodating. Our first trip to the St. Pete area and this was the perfect place to stay.

Truly enjoyed my one-month stay in this lovely condo. Near three grocers and multiple restaurants, including Gulfport. Quiet and literally 50 steps to the private beach! Host most accommodating for my evening arrival. Will choose again!

very secure property and nice people to meet and hang out with

this property is under construction to update what the state of florida wants like every where else. the construction times are very considerate of when people sleep and only a little noise. by next year (2025)they should have alot of the projects done,
