Spacious Contemporary Home on 1.4 acres of Wooded Property Close to Beach & Town. It is approximately 1 mile from the main road that runs between West Tisbury and Edgartown. You can pick up the bike path at this point which goes to all main towns. The VTA buses also pick up along this main road (MV Transit Authority).

A quiet area, not far from Long Point Wildlife Refuge, our home is located toward the end of Vineyard Meadow Farms Road. The house is 1 mile from the Atlantic Ocean where you can swim in either the ocean or a fresh water pond at the Long Point Wildlife Refuge which is owned by the Trustees of Reservations. You can purchase passes or memberships to use this beautiful beach. In addition, as a renter of West Tisbury, visitors are eligible to purchase beach passes from the town offices for beautiful Lambert's Cove on the Martha's Vineyard Sound.

Four bedrooms (2 new queen mattresses, 1 full, 2 twin beds). The house is air-conditioned and there are ceiling fans in all 4 bedrooms. The kitchen was renovated in 2018 and the dining room seats 8 people. The kitchen appliances include a refrigerator, microwave, stove, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee machine. There are two full baths and 1 outdoor shower. The house has many amenities. There is a 46' HD flat screen TV, Cable, strong WiFi access, Bose stereo. There are towels and sheets available for use while renting but they must be washed and dried before leaving. Another option is to bring your own towels and sheets or rent them on the island. Some companies drop off and pick up. Beach towels are usually available. There is a washer and dryer in the finished basement. There is a large deck in back facing southward and a balcony upstairs on the north side. A gas grill and outdoor furniture are on the deck. Our new bluestone patio can be enjoyed for lounging, sunbathing, and enjoying the company and conversations of your family and friends.
Beach chairs are available for the beach.

Fullers Housecleaning Company who have cleaned our home for over 20 years have updated their cleaning procedures. They are currently using industry standard best practice procedures as there are no longer any local or state mandates relating to Covid-19. The home is cleaned before and after your arrival. The garbage is collected once a week. These expenses are included in the rental price.
