About this property

Fully-furnished 2nd floor, 2br/den/2ba condominium located on lake in Orchid Cove at Port of the Islands. Large master suite with king size bed. Master bath with shower with walk in closet and large lanai. Second bedroom with queen sized bed and closet. Den with desk and television. Living room and den have large wall mounted smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen has an open view into the living room and patio with a stunning water and nature view.

The community has its own clubhouse with pool, hot tub and tennis/pickleball courts. Port of the Islands is surrounded by approx. 900,000 acres of state and federal park lands and located near the Florida Everglades. Full-service marina offers an excellent restaurant, convenience store, fishing charters, eco and manatee tours, boat slips and storage. Marina has a Public Boat Launch with direct access to the Ten Thousand Islands and the Gulf of Mexico with great fishing. Port of the Islands is located only 15 miles from the famed beaches of Marco Island and 20 minutes from exclusive shopping in downtown Naples.

Peaceful property with a view

We were impressed with the cleanliness of the condo and it was well stocked with all our everyday needs. Property owner was very responsive to any issue we may have had during our stay. We enjoyed watching sunsets on the lanai.

Great place to stay for a winter getaway

My wife and I stayed for three months. The home is beautiful, comfortable, and spotless. The location is fantastic. The owners are excellent. The neighbors are friendly and helpful. Rated 100%. Grab this one first if you want a Naples getaway. Thanks.
