The Space:

Welcome to your stylish home in the heart of Downtown Dallas! With over 10 years of trusted hosting experience, we've designed this space for the perfect urban getaway. Located on the 6th floor, this industrial-chic apartment offers stunning skyline and pool views, with exposed brick walls and modern finishes creating a unique, welcoming vibe.



This one-bathroom apartment features a primary bedroom and a semi-private second sleeping area. Please note: The second bedroom is an area in the living room, thoughtfully sectioned off with privacy curtains.

Complimentary Breakfast: Start your day right with a free daily breakfast and coffee from our onsite restaurant, TalkinSpoon. All guests receive one free breakfast item (Texas Toast Egg & Cheese Sandwich or 2 Breakfast Tacos) and a 12 oz coffee each morning from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

Guest Access:

You'll have private access to the entire apartment, plus full use of the building's fantastic amenities. For your convenience, there is also an onsite To-Go Restaurant, C-Store, and Liquor Store on the ground level.



Building Amenities:

Outdoor Pool: Take a dip and relax by the premium outdoor pool. Open daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. (Please note: The pool is closed on Mondays for routine maintenance).

Fitness Center: Stay active in the well-equipped, 24/7 indoor gym located on the 1st level.

Recreation Rooms: The Game, Art, and Music rooms are open Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (closed on weekends).

Cinema Room: Enjoy a private movie night! The cinema is open Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Please remember to bring your own DVDs.

Other Things to Note:

Pre-Check-In Required: You must complete a pre-check-in form to receive your access codes and our digital guide. A $200 refundable security hold will be placed on your card before arrival and released within 3 days after checkout.

Check-In/Out: Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request for an additional fee, subject to availability.

Extra Bedding: A Pack 'n Play or one air mattress is available upon request. A second air mattress can be provided for a fee of $35/night.

Mail & Packages: We cannot accept mail or packages unless pre-approved by our team.

Amenity Closures: We are not able to offer refunds for planned or unplanned closures of building amenities like the pool or gym.

Amplified Sound: The use of amplified sound equipment audible beyond the property line is prohibited from 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Vehicles & Parking: Vehicles must be operable, licensed, and parked inside the garage; oversized commercial vehicles (15,000+ lbs) not permitted unless actively loading/unloading

Off-street parking: 1 space included; additional parking may be requested

Decor: The apartment's decor and furniture may vary slightly from the photos to ensure the space remains fresh and updated.

We are committed to ensuring you have a wonderful and seamless stay. While we respect your privacy and will not be present at the property, we are always available to assist you. Please direct all questions and requests to us via the Airbnb app or by phone for the quickest response. The building's front desk staff will not be able to assist with your reservation.
