THE RIVER HOUSE

The property consists of almost 20 wooded acres. 10 of which is across the street and 9 on the side where the home sits. There’s plenty of room to explore and enjoy the great outdoors. The river sits behind the house down the hill. There's 700 feet of river frontage! The trek is a bit strenuous but worth the views all the way down! There are natural springs flowing freely down the hill. Amazingly this property has a rare eco system because of this natural flow of cold water that runs down to the Au Sable.
The wildlife consists of deer, bear, beavers, chipmunks and much more!
The home has 2 large decks for plenty of outdoor space to enjoy. Equipped with a grill, both propane and charcoal, for all of your outdoor cooking needs and a table with 8 chairs and a fire pit inside. Just off the back deck there is an 8 person hot tub to relax in. There's a 2 car garage available for your four wheelers, UTV's, side by sides, dirt bikes, snowmobiles, or simply to hang out in!
Inside the home there are 3 bedrooms consisting of one king bed, a queen bed, a roll out twin bed, 2 bunk beds that have a double bed on the bottom and a twin on top. The living room has plenty of seating and an electric fireplace for those cold Michigan winters. The kitchen has everything you would need to make anything your heart desires.
Trail 9 is not too far from the home. This trail will take you all the way to Gaylord! There are small stores near by but there are larger grocery stores not too far away. If you like kayaking or canoeing or would like to float down the river on a tube, there are multiple launches for that near by.
