About this property

This spacious lakefront home is close to everything but nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Take the walking path to local restaurants, shops, grocery stores, the local brewery, bait shops, the farmers market or to the local park. Enjoy beautiful sunrises on the lake with a cup of coffee from our coffee bar, fish off the dock all summer long, take our paddleboards for a ride or bicycles for a spin. Ice fish in the winter or bring your snowmobiles to ride on the famous 360 miles of groomed trails. Lake Agnes is located right next to downtown Alexandria and connected to Lake Henry, Lake Agnes offers a quiet setting for fishing, boating, canoeing, kayaking and much more. Adjacent to City Park, public swimming beach, picnic shelters and new pickle ball courts.

Great View and Great Location!

This property is nicely located on a lake and within walking distance to downtown. The house was very clean and everything looked new. This cozy home nicely has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. And a large living area and nice sunporch for morning coffee. I would definitely recommend it to a friend!
