Love this house!
We were here for our dad’s funeral, so not a happy occasion. However, the house was so clean and comfortable. Joe was very good at communicating with us. We will be back!

Good
Just one thing is the door in the kitchen that went out to the back yard and basement was locked with a deadbolt that you needed a key to get out, which we didn’t have so it was a blocked fire exit. Also I heard someone behind the door and they went in the basement. One of the women in our party went around the house and there was a male in the window in the basement. We had no clue who it was and they didn’t introduce themselves. Kinda creeped us out.

Great location!
We were a group of three old college friends and this place reminded us of our days living together in college. Plenty of room and so cozy. We walked into town for shopping and dining. We forgot there was a rental in the basement, so we were a bit confused and slightly shocked to hear someone coming and going. It is listed in the posting, but it should be mentioned towards the top of the description. The shower was adequate, a bit small and the water pressure was a bit low. But overall, we really enjoyed our stay.
