We had a great stay! Derrick was a very helpful "concierge" and made sure our check-in was seamless and stay was smooth. It was really fun to see the work that has been put into renovating this great old house. As a result of those efforts, it has a fun and somewhat unique layout. We had 4 adults and 5 kids and it was great. This was definitely a good value for the money!
Communicative host and clean spot with central AC and heat. Everything you need!

We had a nice stay fot our daughters graduation. Our only complaint is the description I dictated it was close to the Q line and we did not feel it was a safe walking distance at night.
Home was very spacious and I love the layout. Concierge and host are very responsive and will solve any issues. House is older but is well kept. 12 minutes from little Caesars Arena, which was nice as we were there for basketball games. Definitely recommend for large families or groups traveling together.
Very spacious for me and my family. The house was cold and we had to use heaters but the property manager did have someone come by to check out the furnace. It was clean

Disliked: Listing accuracy
Rented for 4 nights, host provided 1 towel per person and we were told to wash towels ourselves if we wanted clean towels during our stay or pay for more. We were later told that they would bring more towels if we put the used towels in a bag but we were already gone for the day. Washer and dryer located in basement, basement stairs are very narrow and have no handrail. Bottle of laundry detergent was empty. Keurig coffee maker provided but only a handful of k cups were available. We had 11 people in our group and ran out the first day. We asked for more but they were not provided. One of the bedrooms is a walkthrough, not noted in the listing. There were 2 different descriptions of the bedrooms and bed layouts in the listing. One of the twin beds has zero support. A couple of the windows don’t lock. We did not see any smoke detectors in the first floor of the house and only 1 upstairs. Shower floor is so slippery that one of our group fell. No ventilation in bathroom. We came in with no transportation so no way to get additional supplies. Dishes and ice cube trays were dirty when we arrived.

Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback, Heather, we're sorry the stay didn't feel as smooth as it should have.
Since your visit we've walked the home top to bottom:
the listing description has been updated for full accuracy, supplies are now stocked with larger groups in mind, and safety equipment throughout the home was reviewed.
We regularly host groups of ten or more here and want every single one to feel completely at home.
Thank you for helping us make it better.
This house met our needs - we were a large group of friends in town for a friend's wedding, and this house has lots of places to sleep and a nice large living room. That being said, some of the sleeping spaces are not private. The location was central and the neighborhood was quiet. The house was obviously pretty old, and the refinishing was not always very high quality (i.e. crooked floors).
