Located less than one block from the Colorado River, this home is equipped with all the luxuries and amenities that make your stay as enjoyable as can be. Home comes with central heating and air conditioning, water softener, ice machine, high speed internet, Netflix, Hulu, Disney +, and keyless entry for hassle free check-in. We cater to short and long term rentals throughout the year. Our mission is to strive to make our home and your stay an unforgettable experience.

River Vacation

Second time using this host and I can tell you it was just as good as the year before. Clean home ac works beyond good has a full kitchen with all necessities. Ice maker is a plus, we fill our ice chest for the river and the ice last all day at river. Washer and dryer are included to use and has a great bbq. Overall the best place to stay in Laughlin!

Laughlin yearly trip

Our stay was the best we have ever had! The house was very clean and neat had tvs very comfy beds and the ice machine was a plus since we went to the river every day and filled our ice chest with it. The location was great your walking distance to the river. Casinos are not as far everyhing is close by gas stations restaurants grocery stores. Very great hosts.

Great place, clean, big and well appointed.

This place is big , we had plenty of room for 6 people. Very close to the river. The neighborhood is nice. Really enjoyed all the multiple split unit a/c, everyone was comfortable. Everything was clean and all the extras were there. Very nicely decorated and designed. We would definitely stay here again.

Steps away from the river

Very spacious and cozy home. Loved the ice machine in the little chill area aka air conditioned garage. We were able to bring our lil pup. Plenty of room in house like I said a few houses down from a river entrance if you wanted to take a dip or load your boat or sea doos. Would recommend this place it beats the casinos. Thanks again

Just like home

AMAZING stay. Everything you would expect and more! Kitchen stocked with spices, condiments and all the supplies/tools ya need. Beds comfy! Couch perfect to hang out and watch movies! Yard is great for dogs, completely fenced and secure! Dove products for toiletries. Just a heads up if youre bringing a trailer with toys, not much parking and the carport is low clearance if ya have toys on trailers. But we jsut offloaded and secured the SXS. All good and we will def be back! They even bought a Christmas Tree when they found out we'd be celebrating Christmas there! Communication was top notch!
