Large and spacious house with mountain views.
It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in house 1 and two bedrooms and 1 bathroom in house 2, full kitchen, party room with barbecue, 2 toilets and pool table, 4x10m pool, cable tv, wifi internet, lake, court of soccer and orchard for visitation. Fantastic!

Nossa estadia foi maravilhosa na casa da Arlinda! Tudo estava impecável, condiz 100% com o que foi anunciado. Desde quando iniciei contato a Arlinda foi sempre muito atenciosa e atendeu a todos as nossas duvidas. Foi muito tranquilo e transparente todo o processo de locação, bem como a assinatura do contrato. Sobre o sitio ele é mto aconchegante e amplo, acomoda mto bem, tem mtos quartos e tudo mto limpo e bem cuidado. Tivemos todo o suporte do caseiro, que sempre esteve disponivel e nos auxiliando na estadia. Com certeza vamos voltar mais vezes! Muito obrigado Arlinda!

Ótima casa , caseiro meio grosseiro

A casa é ótima , linda , a proprietária muito boa pessoa , já o caseiro parece estar de mal com a vida ou infeliz com o trabalho , sempre reclamando de tudo , pagamos taxa na limpeza e quando saímos esquecemos apenas de lavar uma tábua de carnes , o caseiro não gostou e mesmo nós pagando se não me engano R$ 200,00 para tal taxa ainda não gostou e ficou falando sozinho na saída.

A quem, que como eu, sempre fica na dúvida se as fotos correspondem à realidade, posso dizer, com certeza, que de tudo o que já aluguei no escuro tanto no Brasil quanto fora, este imóvel da Arlinda é o mais fiel e até poderia dizer que excede ao que as fotos deste site anunciam. O local é muito bonito, vista da cozinha e da piscina é muito aconchegante, parque municipal onde há cachoeiras se chega a pé. Usa-se o carro para ir para a cidade ou a algum restaurante. Um ponto de atenção para quem for para lá é se dirigir com o pin do google maps enviado pela proprietária, pq o waze não funciona quando se sai da cidade, e é bem fácil se perder, caso vá à noite, pois este app te manda para locais totalmente diferentes do imóvel e vc fica completamente desorientado, restando apenas voltar à cidade para ter algum sinal de internet. No imóvel, vc fica com acesso pois há wi-fi, então certifique-se de chegar e já se conectar. Zelador muito gente boa.
