Newly built townhouse, top with bathroom, two bedrooms with balcony, overlooking the interior of the farm and mountains, the bottom has living room, kitchen and another bathroom, balcony with barbecue, stove and wood oven.
Pool area with lounge and bathroom, pool with hydro and waterfall not very deep.
Soccer field, volleyball field, playground and outdoor gym.
Gardens around the house, with visits of hummingbirds and other varieties of birds. And a pleasant and constant sound of the waterfall.

Holds up to 12 people, each dormitory room has a double bed, a bunk bed and an extra double mattress.

Nossa viagem foi muito boa, a casa atendeu as nossas expectativas e trouxe momentos prazerosos junto a minha família. O lugar é bem sossegado excelente pra descanso. Tive uma boa comunicação tanto com o Sr Cláudio como o caseiro Sr Donizete todos bem atenciosos, obrigado pela estadia.

Não estava tão limpa quando imaginávamos, e precisa estar um pouco mais equipada. Muitas portas trancadas e não tem banheiro na piscina nem cadeiras. Muitas camas sem nenhuma roupa de cama. A estadia foi boa, lugar agradável

Natália muito obrigado pelo posicionamento, muito importante pra melhorarmos sempre... Quanto a limpeza vamos conversar com o pessoal responsável. Quanto as portas fechadas, a chácara é de nosso uso familiar, alugamos pouco então temos deposito de coisas pessoais de uso particular,principalmente de nossos filhos. Na piscina tem banheiro, mesa, cadeiras e guarda sol, infelizmente não tivemos conhecimento que tinha ficado fechado. Vamos providenciar uma cópia da chave para que não ocorra novamente. Agradecemos grande abraço
