What a great little condo just steps to the beach. It was perfect for my fiancée and myself! Host was so very helpful and always responded quickly. But never had any issues so it was a great trip! And another thing was so nice was the room that had all the beach chairs, umbrellas and supply’s. Anything you could want to take to the beach was in there!! Would definitely stay again!!

Great location

It was perfect for a weekend getaway with my wife. Very close to town/restaurants but far enough away so the beaches wasn’t packed. Definitely will be back.

Great communication - everything was as we had expected. With electronic locks and codes, our late arrival was no problem. The apartment was spacious and pristine. Parking was generous - we even had room for guests to park. The beach and beach equipment were fabulous! We hope to stay there again, perhaps facing the beach this time.

Great location, superb space.

This is an easy location allowing us to visit a wonderful place, Indian Rocks Beach, with good access to the town, restaurants and both sides of the water. The greatest thing is the private access to this stunning beach and amazing sunsets. You have to get there to see what we saw!

Small beach town. Intimate clean cozy relaxing. The Hartney family and Dina the manager were wonderful. So attentive. The place was perfect.

Right on the beach

Nice area condo right on the beach. A little small and there wasn’t a pull out coach. Beach chairs and umbrella was a nice surprise! Overall the location was the big plus for us

Perfect for a Couple!

We spent the 4th at the beach. The condo is perfect for a couple. WiFi, well- stocked kitchen, comfy bed and a desk to work, if needed. The property manager was super responsive to any and all questions. We stayed in 15 so it was not directly on the beach, but just a 30 second walk around the building and voila! There is a closet full of beach stuff (albeit in desperate need of a clean out!) so no need to worry about chairs, umbrellas or floaties. It also had a dedicated parking spot which was super handy. Ideally, the washer and dryer wouldn’t be shared so if that bothers you, pack enough for the entire stay. My only other suggestion would be to leave the standard seasonings and cooking stuff (besides salt n pepper). This is handy when you’re cooking in the condo and not having to buy all of it new. Would definitely stay here again. It’s convenient to pretty much everything!
