Clean apartment, two bedrooms, one suite with bathroom, living room, open kitchen and laundry area, with modern furniture, accommodating comfortably up to 5 people including two in the suite, one in the second bedroom and two on the sofa bed the room. The apartment has everything to provide every comfort to its guests air conditioning in rooms, split in the living room, cable TV in the room and suite, wi-fi, fridge and new washing machine, microwave, sandwich maker, blender and all necessary utensils. The building offers a comfortable place in underground parking, rooftop pool with beautiful sea view and ease of two lifts. The location of the building is its high point as it is close to the beach, the best bars, restaurants and nightclubs of Maceió, being in a quiet street with no exit and traffic. We have a beautiful beach property on the South Coast in Pontal de Coruripe with the code: 4322034.

A estadia foi toma, a única coisa chata e que o apartamento e pra 5 pessoas e para que pudéssemos acomodar as 5 pessoas tem que movimentar 2 mesas de centro na sala e nesse processo uma das mesas quebrou e tive que arcar com o prejuízo, e aliás uma mesa sem utilidade.

Amamos a nossa estadia. Apartamento muito bem equipado, super limpo e acomoda confortavelmente 5 pessoas. Muito bem localizado, camas super confortáveis e o dono muito atencioso. Apartamento condiz com tudo que está escrito, novo, muito bem acabado e decorado. Ótima localização, perto de restaurantes, bares , da orla marítima, supermercado e farmácia. A única coisa que pederia ao proprietário é que fornecesse mais 1 ou 2 cobertores, pois só tinha 1, ao qual deixamos com a filha em um quarto e ficamos assim ter que diminuir o termostato do ar, ficando quente a noite, ou então frio demais com o termostato ligado. Adoramos tudo e com certeza voltaremos.

O apartamento é exatamente como se vê nas fotos, bem arrumado, tudo novinho . Tem tudo que você precisa. Férias dos sonhos

Estive com esposa e filho em Maceió por 15 dias em dezembro de 2017, lugar que ainda não conhecíamos e ficamos maravilhados com a cidade e seu povo hospitaleiro e acolhedor. Sobre o imóvel, fomos muito bem recebidos pelo Sr. Cícero que nos atendeu muito bem, os funcionários do condomínio muito atenciosos, sem falar no conforto do apartamento tudo muito limpo e aconchegante, nos sentimos em casa. O proprietário Sr. Silmar sempre em contato para esclarecimentos e sugestões. Muito bom, recomendo.

Referente a localização excelente ,perto de tudo ambiente familiar, nos sentimos em casa,quanto ao imóvel limp e, arejado ,arcustico maravilhoso sem problemas para dormir,banheiros e cozinhas limpos quartos e camas confortavéis, portaria e equipe do apartamento simpáticos e educados. Primeiramente um dos pontos que julgo mais importante, o apartamento está como nas fotos, realmente "clean". A localização é fantástica, tudo fácil, supermercado, farmácias, bares, baladas. Ressalto ainda o atendimento do Sr. Silmar, sempre respondendo de imediato aos emails, gentilmente encaminhou um descritivo com várias dicas do que fazer e o que visitar.

Ótima divisão e localização

A localização do imóvel é ótima. Praticamente na orla, e perto de ótimos restaurantes e pizzarias. O imóvel em si também agradou bastante. Muito bem arrumado, confortável, limpo, enfim. A única coisa que não funcionou foi o ar condicionado da suíte, que não gelava mesmo, mas não chegou a impedir nenhuma boa noite de sono, até porque o ambiente em si era agradável.
