A theme of coastal blue is woven though all the details of this beautiful 2 bedroom condo that can sleep 8 with a queen bed, sofa sleeper, bunk bed, full bed, full laundry in the unit as well as other beautiful touches that will make you feel right at home. Coffee in the morning, drinks in the evening, from the wet bar, on the double balcony with 4 polywood rocking gliders. A storage closet that is full of every beach accessory you can imagine: 8 ‘Tommy Bahama’ chairs and cart, tent as well as numerous games and balls to make you beach days memorable. Ocean Sands property has a large pool and hot tub perfect for hot days and cool nights The complex also has a beautiful Tiki hut and shuffleboard court. If you care to venture out, this condo is right in the middle of more than a dozen restaurants, and bars within walking distance that will tantalize everyone’s taste buds. Ocean Sands is just minutes from the famous John’s Pass Village and Boardwalk and Village. More than 100 merchants are located within the village including unique retail shopping, local fishing fleet, dolphin watching, boat rentals, parasailing, jet skiing and shelling tours as well as numerous, mouth watering restaurants that will make your vacation unforgettable! Bliss on the Beach!!

This condo is beautiful and has one of the best beach views I have ever seen. Not only is there a view from the living room, but the master bedroom has it, too. I enjoyed the gliders on the deck and the closet out there is just full of beach items for adults and children. No need to bring your own towels, either. There are plenty! You do not need a car to enjoy the many restaurant/bar establishments. All you have to do is go across the street and you will find several of both. If you choose to make your own meals, there is everything you need in the well-stocked kitchen. The beds are extremely comfortable(even the pullout couch) and there are large screen televisions in both bedrooms. The owner has been a joy to work with. She was responsive and helpful anytime I needed something. I really can't say enough good things about my whole experience. I guess saying I AM RETURNING sums it up!

My wife Natalie and I are new to VRBO and since we moved to the Tampa area 10 years ago, we always wanted a spot at the beach. Now that we do, we're excited to share it with all of you!

We're fairly new to hosting on VRBO but fell in love with this condo and its view of the Gulf from day one! We're excited most about hearing your reaction to it when you first come down. Hopefully the feeling of home that we feel when we're there, the sound of the waves.. you will feel as well!

Why they chose this property

It has a resort type look with a neighborhood feel. My favorite part of this unit is the extra large balcony that overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. It also has a view of the Pool and Hot Tub which is a gathering place for people from all walks of life, different parts of the world and all in a good mood since everyone is on vacation.

Step outside.. you're steps away from a hand full of restaurants and bars that have a beachy, vacation feel and are close enough that you don't have to get behind the wheel.

What makes this property unique

The views: inside and from the balcony.

Our condo has sliding glass doors to the balcony in both the living room as well as the master bedroom. The blue from the Gulf and skies are infused with the marine color that is woven throughout the unit with cabinets, artwork and décor.

The sound of the waves along with the colors put you at a place of extreme relaxation and tranquility.
