Relaxing is easy in this end unit Townhome with two decks! There are two levels, with the Living room, Dining room, Kitchen and a 1/2 bath on the Main level. On the second level, there is the Master Bedroom, the Second Bedroom and a Full bath with a large, beautiful Walk in Shower. The Master Bedroom opens out to the second deck. This welcoming unit is located near Lake DeSoto, walking trails, restaurants and the West Gate.
Hot Springs Village is the largest gated community in North America and has a variety of amenities that can be enjoyed by all who visit. With 8 public golf courses, 11 Lakes, miles of bike and hiking trails, pickleball courts, tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, mini golf, playground, outdoor basketball courts - Something for Everyone!
Guests can only enter through 2 of the gates - Be sure to read the instructions carefully to ensure a hassle free commute and check in.
The world famous Hot Springs Bath Houses & Spas, Oak Lawn Casino and Horse Racing are all only about 30 minutes away.
This is a NON smoking, NO pet policy rental
