Welcome to Sea Woods 146 a ground-level beautiful brand-new remodel in this luxurious and spacious one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo. Sea Woods community is directly across from the no-drive section of New Smyrna Beach. This condo is across from the main pool, tennis, and pickleball courts, and shuffleboards. Enjoy over 50 acres of beautiful walking and biking trails, and 3 pools (one heated in winter). Our spacious condo features well well-equipped kitchen, full-size washer and dryer, queen-size bed and single daybed and trundle, and premium sleeper sofa. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee on your private patio taking in the scenery. Come start making memories at Sea Woods 146 that will last a lifetime.

Nestled among 53 acres of moss-draped trees, Sea Woods is located in New Smyrna and sits directly across the street from the non-driving section of the beach. Week stay at Sea Woods. Unit was very nice. Small issues were quickly addressed. Some of the smaller house rugs need replaced or cleaned.

Quiet and Peaceful

This cozy condo had everything that I needed for my stay. The location was a short walk to the beach but really close to the pool. The neighborhood was very quiet and provided for a relaxing environment. This was the second time that I stayed in this exact condo. It is the ultimate getaway.

Absolutely no complaints. This was the first time we stayed someplace other than a hotel, out of state. Most of the surprises were happy ones: there were more towels than we expected, there were also beach towels, there WAS a toaster, the beach was only a five minute walk. This will be at the top of the list if we ever decide to go to NSB again.

I enjoyed my stay. Very comfortable and convenient to store and beach. Only complaint was freezer/icemaker motor started making loud noise on Wednesday and not working properly. Couldn’t get maintenance to send someone out till Friday and then had to order part. It was just a pain to deal with but overall stay was great. Would love to come back again. Thank you.

Lovely New Smyrna Beach one bedroon condo

The proeprty was just as lovely as it looked online in the listing. All information was accurate. Everything you could need in a kitchen was there. The beach access was easy and a map of the whole complex was provided on the bulletin board in the kitchen. I used the pool for my section in Sea Woods III and it was lovely. I saw the tennis courts were reconfigured for pickle ball and will bring paddles and balls next time I book.

Beautiful place but broken air conditioner

I was in the property just under two hours. Beautiful but ac not working. I contacted management immediately and was asked to turn the breaker off and on again. This did nothing. HVAC unit outside was not running at all. I asked for a new unit and waited until I was overheated and exhausted before I asked for a refund and went home. Management was nice but didn't get the job done efficiently. I still await my refund.
