Casa Estrellas is located just minutes from Playa Guiones’ surf break and surrounded by local favorites like the Iguana Surf Club, yoga studios, restaurants, nightlife, and even the new skate park. The home sits just outside Guiones Central, offering a quiet setting while remaining close to the action. Easily accessible by car, though near a main access road, guests may experience some light street noise—balanced by total convenience and a true Nosara lifestyle experience.

CONSTRUCTION NOTICE

There is ongoing construction in the neighborhood that may result in occasional daytime noise. We appreciate your understanding and share this in advance so you can fully enjoy your stay and the beauty of Costa Rica.

This property is for sale and scheduled real estate visits may occur during your stay. All visits will be coordinated 24 hours in advance with guests.

LOCAL QUIRKS | WHAT TO EXPECT

Life in Nosara is relaxed and full of charm — but it comes with a few quirks! You may experience dust, bugs, or brief power, water, or internet outages. Construction noise is also possible between 6 a.m. and 5 p.m. as the area continues to grow.

If reliable internet is essential, consider adding a mobile data plan. Please note that local septic systems don’t allow toilet paper to be flushed — bins are provided.

These are normal aspects of life in Costa Rica and outside our control, so refunds aren’t offered for such occurrences.

SAFETY & CANCELLATION

While we honor our cancellation policy, processing fees are non-refundable for guest-initiated cancellations.

Petty theft can occur, so please keep doors locked, valuables secured, and use alarms or security bars when available. A private guard can be arranged upon request.

Even with precautions, theft can happen. Rent Nosara, the homeowner, and the property manager cannot be held responsible for lost items.
