Only the Funitel and the Aerial Tram were running when we went, but the property was only a 5 minute walk away from those lifts. The parking spots in the garage can be a bit tight, but they offer trolleys to push your luggage to your room.

Location is great but Cleanliness of property is very bad.
In this property, we noticed that two pillowcases have blood stains. We called 530-583-5500 to request replacements, but no one has come to address the issue.

Hi Grace,
We had several calls from you and all are noted. However, the one you indicated here never made it to our voicemail or agents. We apologize that we were unable to check you in early as you requested, and that you were lost. Our agent who is onsite 24-hours a day would have helped immediately if you'd had any issue with stained linens.
