This spacious and inviting home is designed to provide you with a comfortable and memorable stay in the heart of Arizona. Discover comfort in our well-appointed 3 bedrooms, offering a cozy haven for a restful night's sleep. We have two bedrooms upstairs: Bedroom 1 has a comfortable queen-sized bed, while Bedroom 2 has a spacious queen over queen bunk bed, T/T bunk with twin trundle and twin rollaway bed. Both upstairs bedrooms boast their own ensuite bathrooms, and each have their own outdoor balcony spaces to enjoy the Lake Havasu views. A third bedroom downstairs has a comfortable king-sized bed, with its own full bathroom as well. Lastly our Family Room with comfortable 2 greay sofa beds with a fireplace to setup the mood for a relaxing sleep.


With 4 bathrooms, convenience is key, ensuring everyone has ample space to prepare for the day's adventures. Clean, bright, stocked with fresh towels, and all the essentials you need for your stay. Our upstairs ensuite bathroom, off the Queen-Bunk Room, has toilet and tub/shower combo. Our ensuite bathroom, off the upstairs King, has toilet and standup shower, with two vanities.The full bathroom downstairs, located just outside the bedroom, has toilet, stand-up shower, and single vanity. There is an additional powder room downstairs for easy access and additional space for all your guests! Necessities such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each bathroom are provided. You'll find everything you need to refresh and rejuvenate after a day of desert exploration.

There are two convertible sofa-sleepers downstairs in the fireplace living room, each sleeping one additional guest. There is a full-sized pull-out sleeper sofa in the green living room, also allowing for two additional guests.

Enjoy the pool area's tranquil ambiance; however, please be aware that it is not separately fenced from the rest of the backyard. We kindly remind you that there is no lifeguard on duty, and to swim at your own risk. For your safety, we ask guests to refrain from diving or running on the pool deck. This pool is NOT heated.

Please note that while the propane tanks may not be full, they can be easily refilled by guests. So don't worry, we've got you covered - simply send us the receipt from the propane exchange, and we'll happily reimburse you for the cost, ensuring your grilling experience is always top-notch!

☆☆ PET POLICY ☆☆

Your four-legged, furry friends are welcome, but they must be disclosed before arrival. We charge a small additional fee for pets ($100 per stay, per pet). Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, including hair and waste. Animals cannot be left unattended on the property. If animal hair or waste is found after your stay and a pet fee was not paid in advance, you will be charged an additional $150 for cleaning.
