About this property
Bear's Den on Kodiak Court!
Need a quiet place to rest? Then the Bear's Den is just the place for you. This one bedroom one bath apartment, is centrally located. It is located in Jacksonville and is close to North Little Rock, Sherwood, and Cabot. The apartment is fully furnished with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, wifi, smart TV capabilities, and all utilities are included.
The space
Our vision for this apartment is for it to be a place of rest for our guest; but to also provide an opportunity to become part of our family, if desired. It is quiet and peaceful. The apartment is located next to our home, where my older parents live with me. So there is someone on the property at all times.
In 2021, we sold my parents home and began a remodel of the house in which we live in currently. It took us two years in which to remodel the house to our specifications. There was a two car garage located in the back and we decided to renovate the garage into an apartment, which has become "The Bear's Den on Kodiak Court".
When you enter your "Den" it is a spacious open concept living area. Which connects to a private bedroom and full bathroom. The bathroom features a combination washer/dryer for your convenience. There is also a fully furnished kitchen with amenities which include coffee/tea pots, sink, electric full range, microwave, toaster oven and efficiency refrigerator/freezer. Ample storage through out the kitchen. The Bear's Den a perfect for long term stays, business travelers, traveling nurses and military in training.
