Thank you for staying with us again. We're sorry to hear you experienced difficulty adjusting the heat during your October visit. When you contacted us, we worked with you over the phone to help adjust the settings and asked you to allow 30 minutes for the home to warm up. Since we were approximately 40 minutes away, we also offered to come to the property or arrange service if the heat did not begin working properly. You subsequently stayed four nights and chose to depart one day earlier than scheduled. We did not receive any further communication about the heating issue during your stay. Following your visit, we had the heating unit professionally serviced and inspected to ensure it was operating correctly. The technician confirmed that the unit was in proper working order, and subsequent guests have also stayed without reporting any heating issues. We take guest comfort seriously and always want to resolve concerns when they arise.
