Beautiful Condo New to Program

Take in the breathtaking view of the Gulf and the inviting swimming pool from the comfort of your angled balcony. This unit is located directly above the pool area and ensures the best partial view of the Gulf.

Inside, you'll find two well-appointed bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and the other with two twin beds. Each bedroom has an adjoining full bathroom for your convenience. If you have additional guests, the sofa in the living room can be converted into a queen-size bed. Ceiling fans in each bedroom and the living room add to your comfort.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for meal preparation, including a stove, microwave, refrigerator, toaster oven, coffee maker, blender, griddle, cookware, dishes, utensils, and a dishwasher, among other amenities.

For added convenience, the unit has a stackable washer/dryer and an iron and ironing board.

In addition to the amenities in the unit, this complex also offers cottages across the street, giving you access to an additional pool and the beautiful lagoon, providing even more opportunities for relaxation and enjoyment during your stay.
